Financial Agreement

The purpose of our Financial Agreement is to create a safe and loving environment
 in which we can have healthy discussions regarding our finances.

Before reading this agreement we will pray and ask our Higher Power to guide us.

We agree to invoke our Higher Power before any discussion regarding any aspect of 
our finances.

We agree to read and honor our Communication Agreement prior to and during 
discussion of finances.

We agree to take the necessary actions to create and then follow a spending 
plan.

Each Sunday evening we agree to:
? review this Financial Agreement
? balance Quicken and update the categorization of expenses incurred,
? record cash expenditures in quicken in the cash account. We agree that the 
tracking of cash expenditures does not have to be exact.
? discuss our financial needs for the week

We agree to discuss major expenses with each other before they are made.

We agree to routinely pray together at night, expressing our gratitude for the 
abundance that is ours to share and turning over our financial concerns to God, 
and asking God to remove all our blocks to a sense of financial security.
