Ours is a fellowship of recovering couples. We participate in many different 12 Step Fellowships, and we share our experience, strength, and hope with each other that we may solve our common problems and help other recovering couples restore their relationships.

The only requirement for membership is a desire to remain committed to each other and to develop new intimacy. Ultimately, we feel it is important for both members of a couple to be involved in individual recovery for real progress to be made in the relationship; however, this is not a requirement to get started in couple recovery. We may refuse no couple who wish to recover. RCA is a safe place to begin that healing process and it offers support for continued individual work.

There are no dues or fees for membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. We are not allied with any organization. We do not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorse nor oppose any causes.

Although there is no organizational affiliation between Alcoholics Anonymous and our fellowship, we are based on the principle of AA. Our primary purpose is to stay committed in loving and intimate relationships and to help other couples achieve freedom from addicted and destructive relationships.
